When I start working with a client, I always ask questions….then I ask more questions. There will always be something underneath the initial conversation that needs to be brought to the surface in order to really dig into the substance of the project.

I am always reading a new book or learning about a new technique in creative endeavors. I think that it’s important in life, not just in my career, to be looking for ideas outside of the design world. There is so much out there to explore

Bank of America Investing Feature
Bank of America was looking to retain their client base but wanted to offer more to their Millenial users. I was tasked to research the issue of Millennials versus Money.
I first dove into market research and competitive analysis in order to understand the foundation of the possibilities for this project.
