Flashpoint, a leader in threat intelligence and cyber risk mitigation, sought to reposition its website as a growth engine to match a new phase of expansion. The previous site was slow, visually dated, and structurally confusing. As UX Strategist on the project, I led efforts to re-architect the user experience to increase findability, usability, and lead conversion—without compromising the brand's authority or technical depth.

Key Growth Results
-
Flashpoint's previous website reflected an earlier stage of the company’s growth. It was visually heavy, slow to load, and not aligned with modern UX standards—particularly problematic for a data-driven cybersecurity brand aiming to attract enterprise buyers. The dense architecture hindered content discovery, while Pardot forms were inconsistently applied, leading to lost conversion opportunities. Content creators faced major technical hurdles in updating pages, resulting in marketing delays.
-
We reimagined the entire user journey, beginning with interviews and heatmap analysis to identify high-value traffic patterns and drop-off points. The IA was rebuilt around buyer needs, and wireframes were designed to streamline flows for CISO-level buyers, threat analysts, and technical users alike. The redesign emphasized scannability, simplified content types, and leveraged custom Gutenberg blocks for future flexibility. We overhauled SEO structures, improved accessibility, and integrated Pardot more effectively for seamless lead tracking.
-
By simplifying the architecture and empowering the marketing team with scalable CMS tools, Flashpoint was able to publish faster, run campaigns more easily, and convert more traffic into qualified leads. As part of a broader go-to-market strategy, the website played a key role in enhancing Flashpoint’s perceived market position—ultimately supporting customer acquisition and new enterprise partnerships.
