Therapy Brands (now Ensora Health), a leading SaaS provider for behavioral health professionals, needed to unify 17 disjointed websites into a single, high-converting, secure platform—without losing SEO value or damaging user trust. I led the UX strategy behind this critical redesign.

  • Therapy Brands’ digital presence had grown messy over time. With 17 fragmented sites representing overlapping products and disconnected brand identities, the user journey was fractured, SEO value was diluted, and content management was cumbersome. Meanwhile, the behavioral health industry’s high-trust nature meant that any user experience misstep could undermine credibility. Add to this an aggressive timeline, cybersecurity compliance requirements, and shifting marketing automation platforms—and the challenge was complex.

  • We re-architected the digital ecosystem into a unified WordPress multisite structure, streamlining brand navigation while preserving redirects and SEO equity. I led user journey mapping and collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable, conversion-optimized templates. Each page was built with accessibility, clarity, and psychological sensitivity in mind, while still supporting an aggressive B2B acquisition strategy.

  • The redesigned site became a performance engine. Conversion rates lifted significantly, demo requests increased month over month, and Therapy Brands entered 2025 with a platform ready for scalable demand generation. Internally, marketing teams could now create and manage content more efficiently—saving time and reducing dependency on developers.
